Please understand that everything is made to order and non-returnable. Ordering a swatch is essential for ensuring you are happy with the scale and color as well as wall adhesion. 

OVERLAP

Panels are printed with half-inch overlap on one side, which is to ensure the design aligns correctly during installation. This overlap is not factored into the design measurement.

All designs are 24” wide, which is the number you will use to calculate how many rolls you need to buy for your project.

OVERAGE

As each order is printed specifically for you, slight color variation can occur between print runs / separate orders. Therefore, it is important to order the correct amount and I suggest ordering more than you think you need to a seamless installation for your project.

INSTALLATION

Wallpaper should not be applied over freshly painted walls (paint should cure for 4+ weeks before applying wallpaper), or over washable, scrubbable, or non-stick paints.

Rolls come with written installation instructions.

Peel and Stick and Pre-pasted are DIY suitable. It is recommended that Unpasted and Vinyl be installed by a professional.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

As all orders are made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges except in instances of production flaws or if the product arrives damaged.

Returns are not accepted in the case of incorrect measurements, color differing from the screen, or surface not suitable for the product.

Most designs can be customized in color or scale to fit your needs.

All of the above is why I highly recommend ordering a sample before placing an order for full rolls.
