SHIPPING:

Fabric and wallpaper is shipped via UPS, within 7 business days. Standard shipping is free, and upgraded rush shipping is available upon request for additional cost.

Non-fabric and wallpaper items may ship via UPSP or UPS, depending on the item and distance to reach you. Most items will ship within 7 business days.

RETURN POLICY:

Everything at Flourish & Bloom is made-to-order, just for you. Our wallpapers and fabrics are sourced from environmentally-friendly companies, and creating products on a made-to-order basis ensures we limit waste and overstock. 

​

This means, that we don't accept returns on orders. However, if there is any defect or misprint in the product, we are happy to assist in replacing those effected products. 

​

Please note, color difference is not considered a defect that would warrant a replacement. 

​

We strive to provide the most accurate color possible, however, color can appear differently in real life than on your screen for a variety of reasons:

​

• Screen calibration

• Substrate chosen for the print (different fabric bases and different wallpaper bases may slightly alter a color's appearance)

• Print runs (please order enough for your project to ensure no difference in printing from one order to the next. While this is not likely, it is possible, and we can't be responsible for minor color difference in products printed at different times).

• Lighting (Color temperature of a room or different times of day effect the way a color appears. )

For all of these reasons, we highly encourage you to purchase a sample or swatch of a product before placing a larger order to ensure you are 100% happy with the color.
